Your auto insurance company will issue a claim number when you report the accident. Write down the claim number and provide it to the Premier Collision Center New Orleans team when you contact or visit us to begin the repair process at our collision center in New Orleans.

WILL THE PARTS BE ORDERED BEFORE I DROP OFF MY VEHICLE FOR REPAIR?
Yes. We usually order parts for your car at the time that we write your estimate, then schedule your vehicle for drop-off at our New Orleans, LA collision repair facility a couple of days later. With the right parts on-hand when your car arrives, we can provide fast turnaround times for your vehicle repair.
IF MY VEHICLE'S FRAME IS DAMAGED IS IT A TOTAL LOSS?
No. A vehicle is deemed a total loss only when the price of its repairs exceeds the insurance company's determined value of the car. Most cars manufactured now feature a unibody construction; if the frame section is too bent to be repaired, then we will replace that section promptly. Our certified in-house technicians will return your car to its factory specifications using our state-of the-art computer measuring system.
